Arrigoni Winery Policies and Protocol
Arrigoni Winery strives to offer you one of Connecticut’s most relaxed and enjoyable wine tasting experiences. Respecting a few simple policies will help ensure a great time can be had by all who visit. Our hope is that you come to “feel at home” when visiting Arrigoni Winery…as we look forward to “welcoming you home” every time you stop in!

NEW SAFETY GUIDELINES:
-No outside beverages allowed on the property at any time.
-Our kitchen will be open, serving Arrigoni flatbreads & cheese plates.
-We have recently expanded our indoor & outdoor seating/patio/tent/pavilion areas. We have relocated the live music stage so that all can enjoy it at a safe distance.
-No outside chairs may be brought onto the premises.
-Tables and chairs will be set 6 feet apart and CANNOT be moved.
-Tables and chairs will be sanitized after each use.
-Seating is first-come, first-served.
-Tastings will be done at your table via waitress service.
-All purchases, excluding bottles to go, will be done at tables. This includes tastings & wine by the glass.
-Bottle purchases to-go may still be purchased in the retail shop.
-Curbside pickup is also still available, please call ahead at 860-342-1999.
-Our indoor seating, patios and grounds will be open to enjoy our wines by the glass or bottles, but guests must maintain 6 ft social distancing & all state guidelines at all times.
-All employees and guests must wear face coverings unless eating or drinking.
-We will have interior & exterior air-conditioned restroom facilities. Masks must be worn at all times in the restroom. Please respect the social distancing rules when entering and exiting the restroom. Please respect the social distancing markings while waiting for the restroom.
-The grounds will be monitored to ensure all safety guidelines are adhered to.
-Hand sanitizer will be available, but please feel free to bring your own.
-Please do not visit the winery if you are not feeling well.
-Anyone who disrespects the safety guidelines will be asked to leave.

NORMAL OPERATION POLICIES
No outside beverages of any kind are allowed on anywhere on premises/farm, including water, soft drinks, juice, coffee, hard liquor, beer and wine. We offer a variety of soft drinks and waters. Violators and their entire party will be asked to leave immediately.
Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times. This includes the Tasting Room, Gift Store, Wine Patio, Pavilion, and Vineyard Side Picnic Area.
After you conclude a relaxed wine sampling, please consider moving from the tasting bar to a more comfortable location in our Tasting Room, Patio, or Covered Pavilion. This simple courtesy will allow others who are waiting to sample our wines so they can choose a favorite and then join the fun!
Adults only allowed during evening music hours.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We welcome you bring a picnic or snack to enjoy at the winery, but no outside beverages of any kind will be allowed on the premises. We do sell water and assorted soft drinks, as well as other snacks and cheese and cracker plates.
You must be 21 years of age or older to order or drink alcoholic beverages at Arrigoni Winery. Wine will not be served to visibly intoxicated persons or any person unable to provide age verification.
Cash, debit cards, MC and VISA can be used to purchase our wines.
No dogs or pets are allowed during evening music. WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY, but they must be leashed at all times. Pets are allowed only in Vineyard Side Picnic Area, but not in the Tasting Room, Patio or Covered Pavilion, indoor seating area, or store.
No ball playing, frisbee, or other outdoor games.
